SJWC's newest group, Qi Gong (pronounced: chee-gung), kicks off on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Qi Gong is a gentle form of exercise designed to help you release tension and stress from the body while cultivating vitality, balance and inner peace. The group is led by Chair Michelle Henninger, who is a certified Holden Qi Gong Teacher.
Practicing Qi Gong will help you achieve greater mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this program caters to all levels, using postures, flowing movements, breath, sound, imagery and focused intention.
