Friendship and Collaboration - Members from diverse backgrounds join up to serve the community, preserve the historic clubhouse, support one another and the City of San Jose.
Mentoring - Members generously support the local community through planning and attending fundraisers, performing charitable work, and championing innovative organizations doing great work in the City.
Free and Low Cost Programs - From Courageous Conversations to art and writing classes, there are monthly free and low cost program options to suit all members.
Special Events throughout the year - The San Jose Woman's Club hosts many events, including a clothing swap, an Arts + Crafts festival, the LUNAFEST film festival, monthly member socials, a Gingerbread House Decorating Party, and a favorite event, The Opera with the Stars Luncheon. Members pay discounted admission to all events.
SJWC Groups - Activity Groups allow for participation in areas of special interest. Groups meet regularly and include Arts and Culture (also known as Antiques), Voices in Action (V.I.A.), Book Group, and Bea Dear.
