Activity Groups

San Jose Woman’s Club  activity groups provide an inclusive space for members and friends with shared interests to have fun, work on projects, learn, and give back to the community. Don't see a group that interests you? New groups are welcomed. Email info@sjwomansclub.org for details.

Antiques, Arts and Culture: Enjoy presentations and discussions with antiques dealers, collectors, and historians. Meets monthly September through June on the fourth Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Clubhouse and online via Zoom.
Artist's Collective: For all artists—anyone wanting to share work, inspiration, and ideas to build a platform of motivation, community and support. Meets monthly on the third Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.
Besse Books: Take part in stimulating conversation about a different book each month. You do not need to read the book to attend. Meets monthly on the first Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. online via Zoom.
Best Furry Friends: Help create fundraisers, organize animal welfare events, and hang out with our best furry friends. Meets January, April, July, and October on the third Tuesday of the month from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. in person or online via Zoom. 
Mahjong: Welcoming all levels of players to join in the fun and excitement of this game. Beginners are especially encouraged Meets monthly on the first and third Mondays from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.
Walking Society: Share the fun of exploring new places while enjoying good company and restorative coffee stops! Walks are between 3-4 miles. Meets twice per month on the first and third Friday at 9:00am. Location varies.
