In our 2022-2023 Vocal Scholar Competition, eight singers from San Jose State University delivered rousing performances, but Ms. Burns won the judges highest marks and recieved San Jose Woman's Club's annual Vocal Scholarship.
Come hear the voice that wowed our judges and meet the remarkable young woman who is sure to be a rising star in the music world.

Saratoga Heritage Trail
What: Our First Friday in May walk is a modified version of the Saratoga Heritage Trail. This 3.5 mile version is almost completely flat and thru nice neighborhood roads.

SJWC's Artists Collective Group is proud to host an exhibit by Sarah Essam, an Egyptian Artist who recieved a Fulbright Art Grant as a visiting scholar in SJSU College of Art and Design 2023-2024. She is a graduate of Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University, Egypt.
Her art project, "Identity," includes her works during the grant period, which refer to her identity, culture and the relation between it and California. See her work during the exhibit hours at the Clubhouse, May 14 and 15, from 4:30 to 8:30 pm

Art, Culture, & Antiques Group Meeting

This month we are meeting on the 3rd Monday because Memorial Day is the 4th Monday.
Join members and friends at our Antiques, Arts, and Culture Group in person at the Clubhouse or from your own home. If you are attending in person, bring your lunch. Dessert and beverages will be provided by our hostesses.
Clubmember Claudia Lopez of The Guatemalan Boutique will tell us about the indigenous history and culture of Mexico and Guatemala and discuss Mexican silver. Bring items to share that relate to Aztec and Mayan culture.
