Table Centerpiece RENTAL Built in 1929, this historic landmark came to life during an era of elegance and romance. Today this building radiates with the warmth of tradition and is available for hosting your special and corporate events.

Foyer Upon entry through the oak front door is a spacious foyer surrounded by elegant, tall, arched windows. This is a perfectly sized area for guests to mingle in elegance while providing a dramatic entry point into the Landmark Ballroom.

Accommodates maximum of 400 guests
The Landmark Ballroom offers over 3,000 square feet of hardwood floors, perfect for those who plan on doing a little dancing. The ballroom also boasts 30 foot high ceilings and a row of grand arched windows that face north, providing ample daytime light and evening atmosphere. Encompassing one end of the Landmark Ballroom is a raised, full stage which includes a separate entrance and multiple dressing rooms.

Located adjacent to the Landmark Ballroom is a spacious room that comfortably accommodates 72 guests Wedding ceremony arrangement in Tea Room for a sit-down formal dinner or up to 90 guests for an intimate conference; for wedding ceremonies, the capacity is 112 seated guests.

If additional space is needed, this room opens up into the Fireside Room to handle greater capacity events. It also provides an isolated area for food service and a receiving line for a large banquet, or as a breakout room for conferences.

Adjacent to the foyer and Tea Room, this versatile room can complete many entertaining needs, from Break out session in Fireside Room a reception area to accommodating a conference with breakout sessions. This also provides an ideal location for reception photos.

Fees & Deposits
A $1000 deposit is required to hold your date, and is returned within 21 days after the event if the site is left in good condition. Rental fees range from $1750 to $2850 depending on the day of the week. For weddings and special events, the rental fee covers a 4 hours of set up time, 5 hours of event time, and 1 hour of breakdown time, and is payable 90 days prior to the event. Each additional hour runs $250. Security personnel required for certain events.

Rates
The Landmark Ballroom, Tea Room and Fireside Room are available for smaller gatherings or meetings. Fees are based on the number of hours needed, frequency, and required capacity. For weekday business functions or meetings, the rental rate varies depending on guest count and event duration. Call for specifics.

Availability
Year-round, daily, 9am to midnight.

		Our highly trained event coordinators are here to help you on your special day. There will always be a San Jose Woman's Club staff member on site to assist with vendor load in, facility needs, and guest hospitality
